• Based on the information above, identify 10 relevant growing pains  to include in an organizational survey. Refer to the survey on page 101  of your book as a model.
• Develop, score, and rank a comprehensive growing-pains survey.
• Recommend how the top three growing pains may be used as motivation for organizational change. Support with specific examples.
