Draw upon our discussions and readings of preferred leadership traits, courageous and deliberate leadership, collective genius, and the various dialogic leadership techniques for drawing out and tapping into collective emergent leadership.

Present why you believe NASA leadership (both formal and emergent) succeeds despite the many adaptive challenges they faced and the organizational tension/conflict they had to navigate. To do so, draw upon and provide excerpts from our weekly readings and the film itself.
