I’m studying for my Nutrition class and need an explanation.

Write a one to two-page report on what you learned, what you will be able to use this week from the material you learned and what you will be able to use 10 years from now from what you learned. I do not want to know what you “think”. I want to know what you learned from the videos that is different than what you already knew, or more importantly, what you thought you already knew.
