1.  Describe some elements of the federal government’s newly release climate change plan, and comment on whether or not you think it will be effective. 

2.   Where do you stand on the implementation of the carbon tax in Ontario and Canada? Why do you think the Progressive Conservative governments are fighting the carbon tax, and do you agree with their motivations?
