My thesis: The privatization of water an ultimately lead to permanent loss of water quality and an increase in costs that will only benefit private companies and not the well-being of people.
In my thesis goes straight to the point on why water privatization can have negative effects in the long run. Although it may seem great at first, giving a company control of an essential product can be harmful because they may not have stringent regulations to follow. What companies care about is making revenue, not the health of people, so if they have to cut costs, so be it. A question I would ask about the carity and/or effectiveness of my thesis is how can I make my statement more impactful? Some feedback I would give to myself is that I need to elaborate more on what is leading to a permanent loss of water quality.

I really like how clear your thesis statement is. I think to make your thesis more impactful, you can add the reasons why water privatization is negative in the long run. How is it affecting the Earth’s environment? What can we do about it? What are the short-term effects? I agree with the feedback you gave yourself, but that can always be elaborated with more research. I think you are off to a great start and your thesis looks nice so far.
