I can maybe extend my topic wider so that any policy changes over the past 10 years can be included and then I can review the effects over a longer period of time. I already know that many Chinese students and families are considering applying to other countries for high school and college education due to Trump’s recent policies and the pandemic as a whole. Therefore I want to know more about the positive and negative effects of policies made in the US regarding international students applying rate and acceptance rate.
