Provide some historical and biographical context (based on the textbook or reputable sources; see Citations below) with connections made to the history of Europe and the United States, as well as any associations with popular culture.  The information should shed light on the issues that the author was trying to understand and perhaps solve. Put another way:  Please make sure the information is not just a collection of disjointed facts and dates.
