Assignment – Postmodern Writing

Using the poems from this week’s readings as a guide, read through the Wikipedia page, specifically the Themes and Techniques section. Choose three of those themes and techniques, and write a poem on each (so one could be a pastiche poem, another focused on magical realism, and another flarf, whatever). Each of the poems should be at least 16 lines. Identify which theme or technique you are using in parenthesis next to your poem’s title.
