1. Assessment Accommodation for ELs Project:
a. Using an established lesson plan, create a formal assessment differentiated for each level of ELL proficiency (entering, beginning, developing, expanding, and bridging).
1. Create a formal write-up introducing an overview of the content-level learning tasks and instructional accommodations for each level of English Language Proficiency.
2. Include information about what the assessment would look and be like at each level of English Language Proficiency.
3. Include a rationalization for each assessment and include at least two appropriate accommodations at each level to guarantee success on the assessment.
4. Discuss each accommodation, and identify any potential problems that may arise, and describe a solution to these problems.
5. Include one sample of the assessment, identified for EL proficiency level. Assessments do not have to be long! There are various styles and lengths. They can be formal or informal, but for this project, include an example that would be graded and placed into your gradebook!
6. Include a formal cover page and include a citation for the original lesson plan on your reference page (you will be citing yourself OR the author of the plan).

Week 5 – New Forms of Retailing
In Kotler and Keller Framework of Marketing management book, Chapter 13(Managing Retailing, Wholesaling and Logistics)  discusses trends in retailing today such as new retail forms and combinations. Examples include supermarkets with banks and bookstores featuring coffee shops.
In this assignment you are to “speculate” on potential new retail forms or retail combinations yet undeveloped.
In their selection of a “new” form of retailing or combination of retailers, ask the students to defend their choices using the ideas and concepts presented in this chapter.

A manager is interested in studying the associations between a number of variables. These variables are age, years of experience, level of education, engagement, job satisfaction, and performance level. She thinks that employees with more years of experience are more engaged and satisfied. She thinks that younger employees will perform at a higher level, on average. 

1. State the null and alternative hypotheses.
2. Select the significance level.
3. Select the test statistics and calculate its value.
4. Identify critical values for the test statistics and state the decision rule concerning when to reject or fail to reject the null hypothesis.
