Initial Post Instructions
For the initial post, choose and address one of the following options:
Option 1: In the 19th century, the camera was a revolutionary invention, and many artists were concerned about the effect that photographs would have on the art world.
Did the invention of the camera change the arts? Why or why not?
Choose an artistic movement that you believe was influenced by the camera and discuss how the movement was affected.
Include at least one example of an artist and artwork in your response.
Include a statement from a current photographer or critic to support your points.
Option 2: In the 21st century, the smartphone camera changed the way we use and view photography. In addition, apps and social media have changed the way we share photography.
How has the invention of the smartphone camera changed photography?
How have apps and social media changed the way we share photos? Are they positive and/or negative changes? Explain.
Include a statement from a current photographer or critic to support your points.

This capstone course requires each student to construct a detailed and well-thought-out analysis of a business employing all the relevant strategic analysis tools studied in the course. This project will take the full term to complete. It is our sincere hope that you will find this project to be the most rewarding effort in
your educational career.
In this module, you need to evaluate the company you selected for your Strategic Management Case and identify their current strategy (including current use of technology) and possible alternatives from the textbook (e.g., divestiture, market development, etc.). Add this to your Strategic Management Case and save for submission as part of Phase 2 due to the conclusion of Module 6.
 
Please note that when you submit Phase 2, it should also include your revised Phase 1 materials. See the project guidelines for further information.
Phase 2 – Modules 4-6 (includes revisions to Phase 1 based on the instructor’s feedback) Internal assessment (continued from Phase 1—include IFE and financial ratios) o Current strategy (a brief description of the firm’s current strategies), including current use of technology o SWOT matrix with strategic implications for the company o BCG matrix with strategic implications for the company o Space or other matrices with strategic implications for the company o Possible strategic alternatives o Evaluation of current organizational structure o Recommendation changes (if needed) to the structure, culture (including values), processes, rewards, or technology 
Module 4: Integrate instructor feedback from Phase 1. 
Module 5: Develop SWOT, BCG, SPACE, and IE matrices with strategic implications for the company. 
Module 6: Develop alternative strategies for your company with the strengths and weaknesses of each.

Good public health program planners are able to clearly describe, descriptively and/or analytically, the priority population and use that information to guide them when developing an intervention (activity) to address the specific problem.
In your final deliverable consisting of both an 8–10-page report and a 15–20-slide PowerPoint presentation, you will use the information from the pre-intervention elementary school asthma study to create an education plan for asthma prevention among school children in four schools, based on the social ecological model. See the model illustration below.

The findings and recommendations in your paper and PowerPoint presentation must be supported by your primary data results and peer-reviewed literature. Give reasons and examples in support of your positions. Cite all sources using APA format.

Report
Your plan should be delivered in an 8–10-page report and include:

• Clear explanations of each level of the ecological model and how it addresses the problem.
• Positions supported by the asthma data and statistics from this course, which support the need for the education program.
• Calculations indicating if there is a significant difference in asthma prevalence between four schools (A, B, C, and D) using Statistical Inference and t-Tests. Refer to the help files in the Minitab application specifically for Statistical Inference and t-Tests.
• A well-supported answer to the question: Is there one school that has a greater need than others for priority in asthma education and why?

PowerPoint Presentation
Your 15–20-slide PowerPoint presentation should summarize your informatics research completed in Weeks 1–4, and your final needs assessment findings and recommendations. The PowerPoint presentation must include:

• Relevant information from your asthma study, and be visually stimulating with graphics and pictures as appropriate
• References both within the PowerPoint slides and a full citation on the last slide
• Speaker notes on each slide plus an audio file of your narration of the presentation using the “record narration” feature

Submission Details:

• Submit your 15–20-slide presentation in MS PowerPoint format and your 8–10-page report in a MS Word format to the Submissions Area by the due date assigned.
• Name your document SU_PHE6203_W5_A2_A_LastName_FirstInitial.doc and your PowerPoint presentation SU_PHE6203_W5_A2_B_LastName_FirstInitial.ppt.
