Prompt #2: Think about some of the recommendations made throughout this week’s chapter regarding large-scale and small-scale activism. Are there ways that you have engaged in activism? What forms of feminist praxis would be most  appropriate for you to engage in?

Write an essay of at least 500 words discussing the Safe Harbor provisions under HIPAA.
Do not copy without providing proper attribution. This paper will be evaluated through SafeAssign.
Write in essay format not in outline, bulleted, numbered or other list format.
Use the five paragraph format. Each paragraph must have at least five sentences. Include 3 quotes with quotation marks and cited in-line and in a list of references. Include an interesting meaninful title.
Include at least one quote from each of 3 different articles, place the words you copied (do not alter or paraphrase the words) in quotation marks and cite in-line (as all work copied from another should be handled). The quotes should be full sentences (no more, less) and should be incorporated in your discussion (they do not replace your discussion) to illustrate or emphasize your ideas.
Cite your sources in a clickable reference list at the end. Do not copy without providing proper attribution (quotation marks and in-line citations).
It is important that you use your own words, that you cite your sources, that you comply with the instructions regarding length of your submission Do not use spinbot or other word replacement software. It usually results in nonsense and is not a good way to learn anything. I will not spend a lot of my time trying to decipher nonsense. Proof read your work or have it edited. Find something interesting and/or relevant to your work to write about.

Homework Assignment
Address the following questions:

• 1. What were the primary risk sources that emerged repeatedly in evaluating the risks?
• 2. What other secondary risk sources were identified?
• 3. How were these emerging risk sources helpful?
• 4. How would this risk assessment aid in the decision on whether or not to proceed with the new HR strategy
• 5. How would risk assessment impact the organization’s proposed human resource strategy?

  • You CANNOT use Wikipedia, LinkedIn articles, blogs, paid vendors, certification websites, or similar sources in academic writing. You CAN use reputable industry articles from publications similar to ComputerWeekly, PCMag, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, or similar sources. Academic journals and popular industry articles are accessible in the university’s library databases and Google Scholar. All references should not have a publication date older than 2005.
• Does not answer the question(s) thoroughly meaning at least 2 pages paragraphs
• Primarily consists of bullet points
• Uses statements such as “based on my knowledge,” “according to me,” “as per my knowledge,” or similar
• Contains contractual phrases, as an example “shouldn’t” “couldn’t” or “didn’t,” or similar
• Uses vague words or phrases such as “proper,” “appropriate,” “adequate,” “it is obvious,” “it is clear,” “in fact,” or similar to describe a process, function, or procedure
  • As an example, “proper incident response plan,” “appropriate IT professional,” “adequate security,” or similar. These words are subjective because they have different meanings to different individuals.
