Project Part 1 Task 3: Risk Mitigation Plan
Senior management at Health Network allocated funds to support a risk mitigation plan, and have requested that the risk manager and team create a plan in response to the deliverables produced within the earlier phases of the project. The risk mitigation plan should address the identified threats described in the scenario for this project, as well as any new threats that may have been discovered during the risk assessment. You have been assigned to develop this new plan.
Evaluation Criteria and Rubrics
Did the student develop a high-quality risk mitigation plan based on the material provided in the course?
Did the student use information obtained from the earlier parts of the project to build out a risk mitigation plan?
Did the student create a professional, well-developed draft with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation?

Your company wants to put a ball-bearing factory in Africa. Your company predicts this is where the most growth will be in the 21st century. Your assignment is to research a country on the African continent that you think would be the most advantageous to your company in cultural, economic, and political environments.
 
Your assignment is to point out and explain the facts or statistics that you think would make this country a good place to build and staff your factory. Remember to keep the cultural, economic, and political environments in mind. Your presentation must include at least two facts or statistics that relate to each environmental area (cultural, economic, and political).
 
Feel free to use the suggested readings as a starting point for your research on sources of data about different countries in the world. You must use at least three authoritative sources, Pull a minimum of two facts or statistics from each source that you use.

Your PowerPoint presentation should be a minimum of 10 slides. Be sure to use APA guidelines to cite and reference the sources for your facts.
 

Each student will select one of the key terms listed below and conduct a search online Library resources to find 1 recent peer reviewed article (within the past 3 years) that closely relate to the concept. Your submission must include the following information in the following format:
Key Terms:

• Influence as it Relates to Negotiation
• Persuasion as it Relates to Negotiation
• Power as it Relates to Negotiation
• Pressure as it Relates to Negotiation

DEFINITION: a brief definition of the key term followed by the APA reference for the term; this does not count in the word requirement.
SUMMARY: Summarize the article in your own words- this should be in the 150-200 word range. Be sure to note the article’s author, note their credentials and why we should put any weight behind his/her opinions, research or findings regarding the key term.
ANALYSIS: Using 300-350 words, write a brief analysis, in your own words of how the article relates to the selected chapter Key Term. An analysis is not rehashing what was already stated in the article, but the opportunity for you to add value by sharing your experiences, thoughts and opinions. This is the most important part of the assignment.
REFERENCES: All references must be listed at the bottom of the submission–in APA format.
Be sure to use the headers in your submission to ensure that all aspects of the assignment are completed as required.
Any form of plagiarism, including cutting and pasting, will result in zero points for the entire assignment.

Instructions

• Perform a web search to find and review EHRs.
• Select three (3) preferred EHRs.
• Compare each of the selected EHRs, using the attached assessment form.
• Fill in the right-hand column with your observations/assessment on why your EHR meets/does not meet each standard. Based on the depth of the information provided, you may have to use the knowledge you’ve gained thus far to make assumptions about the EHR functions. (Tip – Add three columns to the far right of the assessment form, one for each selected vendor)
• Write a 1-page summary to accompany your assessment form. The summary should include a comparison of the key functions and factors for the EHR.
• Your assessment form should be in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format. Your summary should be in Microsoft Word format.
• Cite all sources in APA format.
• Submit your assessment form and summary for grading.
