Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on personal leadership development plan. This makes me have a sight in being the most respected pharmacist in the community (Yukl et al., 76).

The type of organization I would like to lead is majorly a retail pharmacy because I would enjoy the direct communication I would be accorded with the patients and also working with my colleagues in completing each task efficiently.

One year after graduation, I expect to be a pharmacist in a retail pharmacy. This is useful in me gaining experience by accepting responsibilities as a pharmacist. Five years after graduation, I expect a pharmacy manager in a retail store. This will be achieved through hard work, teamwork,

and helping new members in adapting to their new environment. Finally, ten years after graduation, I expect to be a regional pharmacist manager or intern coordinator. With experience and proficiency in executing my job as a pharmacist, this type of leadership will put me in a position to give back to the profession. As an intern coordinator, I will stand a chance to be able to mentor and lead pharmacy students.

There are many assessments that had a greater effect on my life but the six most important assessments to me are self-confidence which entails: generalized self-efficacy, leader-member exchange, motivation to lead, influential tactics, emotional intelligence, and participatory leadership attitudes.

Generalized self-efficacy is an important attribute that shows the importance of having self-confidence for one to be an effective leader and leader emergence. Self-confidence is important to leaders as they show one’s ability to believe in being successful and be able to influence others to achieve a common desired goal or results. Generalized self-efficacy can be strongly manifested in an individual with high self-confidence which has an end-result of strong and effective leadership.

In the assessment, a score of 6 represented a strong sense of generalized self-efficacy and a low score of say 2 shows a weaker sense of generalized self-efficacy. Faced with different situations, I have a capacity to succeed as evidenced by my high score of 5 since it indicates a strong sense of efficacy. I chose this assessment because of the score and I have the belief I have that, I will succeed and whatever am doing will produce a desirable result faced with a situation.

I will pay for the following article Aggressive Behavior in Human Beings. The work is to be 10 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. On the other hand, effective Aggression originates from the threat mentality, whereby the individual exhibits behaviors designed to counter the threat of a rival or any form of risk in the environment (Humphreys, Campbell, 2011). Affective Aggression comprises a patterned, intense, systematic activation with the adrenal and sympathetic stimulation. The amygdala plays a fundamental role in the practical evaluation of multimodal sensory contributions (Burger, 2011). Research has shown that some individuals can possess both predatory and affective Aggression, in a sense that. In contrast, predatory behaviors come in handy in seeking new opportunities. affective Aggression helps in securing access to scarce resources (Millon, 2002).

Maladaptive Aggression

&nbsp. The susceptibility and character traits presented by maladaptive Aggression shows many faces (Martinez, 2001). The main defining point of Maladaptive Aggression is that it is not adaptive for the individual in the sense of its duration, intensity, and frequency (In Fiske, In Gilbert, In Lindzey, & Jongsma, 2010). Other defining factors include the provision that the individual’s behavior violates societal rules and principles and is out of proportion to the normal eliciting surrounding precipitants (Kim, 2009). Maladaptive Aggression inhibits an individual’s capacity to adapt to specific situations, and behaviors are exhibited to reduce current anxiety, despite the consciousness of the results being non-productive and dysfunctional. Such aggressive behaviors are sometimes known as “excessive Aggression because they surpass individuals’ reaction capacities (Malmquist, 2006).

&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp. &nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp. Aggressive behavior can also be the outcome of failure to deal with an emotion, mainly frustration (Humphreys, Campbell, 2011). Children suffering from mental retardation or autism show a great deal of aggressive behavior (Malmquist, 2006). Frustrations may limit their capacities to verbalize or correct the condition.&nbsp. Children suffering from attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as other disruptive disorders, could show a lack of understanding, lack of attention, and impulsiveness (Humphreys, Campbell, 2011). Such consequences can feature aggressive behaviors if they are disruptive to social settings (Martinez, 2001).

Provide a 1 page analysis while answering the following question: American Foreign Policy and Process. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. One of the main features of the U.S. constitution that control the majority and protect the minority is the separation of powers. It helps to preserve liberty while upholding order. Another feature is a constitutional democracy, which limits the power of the majority in order to ensure the preservation of the rights minorities. However, the democratic aspect of the constitution is perhaps the most ineffective because it is the majority group that determines the course and nothing is in place to prevent them from infringing democratic rights and lives of the minority.

National security is of utmost importance to any country. In cases of national security threats, every attempt to restore normalcy is taking charge. Fight on terrorism applies to all irrespective of one’s country of origin. However, the extermination of American citizens by their own government is quite creepy. The action infringes human rights. It violates the fundamental right to life, which the constitution emphasizes.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Why People Engage in Extreme Sports despite the Risk of Death. It needs to be at least 1250 words. According to researches that have been conducted by scholars and other peoples’ opinions, people participate in the sport for the risk of it while others participate for other reasons besides the risk of the sport.

Studies and researches conducted on why people engage in extreme sports prove different results or factors that compel people to engage in these sports. There certain conclusions that are derived from this researches. For instance, the majority of people in the world are risk-takers only that they differ in areas that different people are willing to take risks. One common theory highlighted in the discussion of extreme sports or risky behaviors involves evolution. “It states that our brains have old parts where the control of the brain is done by preprogrammed impulses that stimulate people to take risks” (Gutman 149). This fact qualifies almost everyone as a risk seeker although there are many conservatives who are referred to as risk avoiders. Many people who participate in extreme sports are not compelled by the risk that is involved but the achievement they would get from participating in the event. Leary, the author of various books such as Handbook of Self and Identity explains that those who participate in such events claim that they are seeking a meaningful and deeper accomplishment in life. There are various reasons that have been highlighted as the main reasons for individuals to engage in extreme sports regardless of the life-threatening risks involved (Leary 212).

To begin with, it has been discovered that many people participate in extreme sports to fight and relieve boredom in their lives. Scientific researchers have proved that the human brain has been designed in a way that it adapts to activities fast. For instance, a brain that is a condition to working for long periods would suck more energy thus leading to inefficiency in production. In a similar way, a person who engages in roll caster or activities like mount climbing several times may feel that it gets less exciting every time he does it again.&nbsp.

Create a 14 pages page paper that discusses why do individuals become terrorists. You must admit that governments and in collaboration have used tremendous efforts in fighting terrorism, capturing the attackers and dismantling the terrorism network organizations. However, through high investment in security and counterterrorism, many more individuals are still joining the terrorism. It is a sensitive issue that government should take time to consider, understand why people join and remain in such terrorism organizations, or at least what makes some people vulnerable to becoming extremists, so as to develop effective ways to rescue/prevent their crime involvement. Terrorists are a threat to their own countries and abroad. In the following discussion, the paper gives a detailed explanation of the reasons why people choose to engage in terrorism in an effort to elaborate on their behaviour.

Most people would describe terrorists as psychopath without a moral standard, due to the actions they choose to undertake. The occurrence of events such as bomb attacks in major cities around the world by terrorist groups is devastating to the people affected. As innocent people and especially children lose their lives, it is difficult to explain at a glance the kind of people who commit the disaster and what drives them. The fact is that terrorists are ordinary people, the majority of who have no psychological illness/condition and operate in the normal rules of behaviour (Maiese, 2005). It is easy to explain the behaviour of a serial killer targeting women based on their childhood neglect/abuse by a mother who exercised prostitution. How of the actions of a lawfully recognized citizen employed who turns out to be a suicide bomber in a full passenger plane. What would hinder a poor civilian struggling to raise a large family from wearing a bomb plugged suit to walk into a hotel where a targeted top official is expected to be and blow off?

Algernon decides to visit the country house in Shropshire where Cecily, Miss Prism and Merriman are. In return, he does not act as an untrue country friend. He calls himself Ernest which is the same name as of Jack’s town name. Algernon hooks up with Cecily as Gwendolen arrives at Shropshire country house and she converses in the garden with Cecily hoping to be good friends. Their talking is started from the mentioning of Ernest Worthing in which they both think they are engaged to Ernest. This continues for a while until both men arrive then the women realize none of them is by the name Ernest. As the play ends, Miss Prism put the jack in the Handbag and reveals his name as “Ernest” the playwright Oscar Wilde uses Lady Bracknell satirically to show how mothers control the society. People do not want to get on the bad side with her it is therefore advised that all to do as they are told to do it to be in the good mood with Lady Bracknell. In conclusion, it is clear that Wilde ridicules the passion which his characters have with money and social status. Lady Bracknell is interested in looking for riches and class level of people in the society she goes ahead and asks Jack Worthing about Cecily Cardew’s guardian riches. “I had better ask you if Miss Cardew has any little fortune” (819). Wilde has applied the use of puns, changing popular sayings, mocking marriages and class, women satirizing. It is true that “The Importance of Ernest” is a satirical play which is full of humour. Examples include “Produce your explanation and pray to make it improbable.

Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on development methods for analyzing and learning needs Paper must be at least 1500 words. Please, no plagiarized work! The organization may be undergoing significant change management procedures due to a merger, acquisition, or any other situation where different cultures are blended together. In this case, a learning needs analysis needs to be conducted to determine what type of training would best build human capital and also to teach groups how to work effectively with diverse employees and managers. Upon such a merging of diverse groups, one culture might be collectivist with group-minded values whilst the other population consists of individualistic workers that value autonomy and self-expression. The learning needs analysis would identify the training packages currently available in regards to diversity training and assess how best to develop training so that a more unified organizational culture can be developed. For the individual, development needs might arise in terms of maintaining professional communications within the workplace, such as effective use of inter-office email systems or memorandum production for individual managers or using non-discriminatory communications.

Learning needs for the individual also arise for individual managers related to creating effective disciplinary methods. Training supervisors on how and when to apply discipline to under-performing or change-resisting employees can create a more effective supervision team. Some individuals maintain the attitudes and leadership skills required for a management role that is inherent and this should be identified in learning needs analyses. Other individuals require more development and education regarding management theory and establishing leadership capabilities and the learning needs analysis provides this insight. For groups, job-sharing development needs can arise in the face of job role consolidation to assist in creating training that builds cross-development as part of job rotation. In order to handle a job transfer after another employee has vacated the role (such as through receipt of promotion), it must be identified as to whether or not an employee can multi-task or successfully handle the duties and obligations of a new job role.&nbsp.
