This assignment is a building block for your final Synthesis of Literature assignment. Your synthesis paper will not simply be a summary of articles you have found based on your literature search. Rather, you will identify relationships of the articles you found and group them to understand what is known about your topic of interest. Altogether, what does the evidence mean? How does it relate to your problem and population of interest. How will the evidence guide your DNP project idea?

For this assignment

1. Write a short (1 page limit) paragraph describing your search strategy. Include clinical question, keywords, databases, limits, inclusion/exclusion criteria and number of results. Review the Kable, Pich & Maslin-Prothero (2012) article linked in Module readings for guidelines to document your search strategy.

2. Refine PRISMA diagram submitted in Module 4 Discussion Board.

3. Organize your literature search by developing an evidence table (a minimum of 4-5 articles required for this assignment, however, a total of 7-10 articles will be expected to be in your evidence table in your final synthesis of literature assignment). Use the Evidence Table Template  downloadprovided to organize the articles you found during your literature search. Remember to be concise in your Evidence Table, as you continue adding evidence you want to easily be able to find the important information from each article that will inform your DNP project idea. Avoid unnecessary words and directly quoting from articles. **No systematic reviews or meta-analysis of any kind are permitted for this assignment.

For submission of this assignment, combine Search Strategy paragraph, PRISMA diagram, Evidence Table and Reference page using APA format into one document. Include a title page. Review rubric before submission.

**Highly recommend using a reference manager (i.e. EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero) to keep track of articles related to your topic of interest throughout your DNP Project courses. Consult Mr. Andy Todd or the UCF Library tools if needed.

Part 1. Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

Discuss the difference between economic value and social value or the shared value creation framework. Why do you think organizations tend to focus on the creation of one type of value but not both?

Part 2. Respond to the following classmate in a minimum of 100 words:

“Looking at the difference of economic value, shared value and social value I had to look at the definition first. Economic value is the value that a person places on it based off of the benefit they derive from the good.

Social values are the importance that people place on the changes they experience in their lives. Some, but not all of this value is captured in market prices. It is important to consider and measure this social value from the perspective of those affected by an organization’s work.

Shared values are organizational values that are usually developed by the organization’s leadership and then adopted by the other members of the organization. The values are shared and followed by all members of the organization when acting on behalf of the organization. They may also be referred to as core values.

The reason why organizations tend to focus on the creation of one type of value but not both is because they focus on economic or social value depends on the objectives of the organization. That is why organizations who are for-profit tend to focus more on the creation of economic value, while the organizations which are not for profit tend to focus more on the creation of social or shared value. However, both types of value either social or economic have equal importance for society and focus on only one value that cannot fulfill the overall development goals of the society in a sustainable way.” – Obed F.

Part 3. Reply to the following thread in a minimum of 100 words:

“The difference between economic value and social value or the shared value creation framework is the economic value is a measure of the benefit provided by a good or service to an economic agent. It is generally measured relative to its units of currency. The economic values is that people consider when evaluating a potential purchase. The social value is the extent to which the lives of people and society at large improves through a combination of resources and processes. Creating shared value is a framework for creating economic value while simultaneously addressing societal needs and challenges. Only business can create economic prosperity by meeting needs to making a profit, creating infinitely scale able and self sustaining solutions. The organizations tend to focus on the creation of one type of value but not both because they believe that the social value created by an organization is equally important as the economic value since they believe that the creation of any of them is enough. I do believe every company does things their own way.” – Leslie A.

Need an research paper on psychological research and real-world problems. Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism. Meanwhile, Pretz, Naples and Sternberg (2003: 3 – 4) stated that the first stage in research, especially in the field of psychology, is the capacity of recognizing, defining as well as representing a problem. Having this as the starting point, a unique knowledge base is gathered in attempting to address the raised issue. Generally, research has an aim to understand and explain a phenomenon. Via establishing the insights and general principles from the research, it can aid in the explanation as well as prediction of what is likely to occur given a particular phenomenon. Given this general overview of psychology, this essay mainly aims at discussing how this particular field has led to new solutions to the problems in the real world. Basically, this intends to consider specifically how the sub-disciplines of psychology such as cognitive, social and forensic provide new answers to such existent dilemmas in this day and age.

Cognitive psychology, the study of human cognition, takes on the principle that behavior is a consequence of the thought and reasoning processes of an individual (Sammons, no date: 1). Some of the major research tools applied in this area of psychology consist of experimentation as well as modeling or simulation. On the one hand, its main research areas include knowledge representation, language, perception, categorization, thinking as well as memory.

Research in psychology has improved the knowledge base on memory. Hence, such research has aided the existing problems of the real world today. For example, the knowledge of memory has helped in understanding a normal memory loss from a strange memory loss. In the phenomenon of aging, Budson and Price (2005, 692 – 699) stated that the unusual form of memory loss can be a symptom in diagnosing a disease like Alzheimer’s.&nbsp.

Respond 250 words and 2 apa citation.            According to Online Teaching and Learning, I do believe that culture may have an affect on student’s performance. These students come from all walks of life. Just like in the article written by (Deprez, 2018, p. 4) the student’s teacher was doing a lesson over fractions and decided to use pizza as an example thinking that all of the students would know what a pizza was. It turned out that not all of the students knew what pizza was which made it difficult for the student teacher to understand what the underlying issue was. It was later reported that these students were newly immigrant children and had not necessarily gone out of their way to eat out in the restaurants. This just serves as one example as to why it is crucial to understanding the culture of the students of where they come from and their lifestyle, in order to best help them succeed in the classroom.

Question Two

I believe that teachers should hold all of their students to the same high expectations. As stated in our book (Bode and Nieto, 2018, p. 140) that culture is not static or deterministic: but just one way of understanding the differences among the students. This just simply means that there are a wide variety of differences among the students and that the lesson should not necessarily change due to culture. I know that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but all should be able to set goals for themselves and achieve one step at a time to get there.
