I’m working on a english writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

You will be extending Omi’s theory from “In Living Color,” to identify and to analyze messages about racial representation in the media.  Specifically, you will be examining two advertisements and analyzing their representations of race.

For each advertisement, describe what you see and analyze its racial code or implied message.  You should describe and analyze at least two examples for each advertisement.
