This paper builds upon the work completed in Paper Part 1. In Part 2, students will survey a broad range of background information pertaining to the core conflict of the chosen dilemma. This paper contains the following sections: literature review, ethical theory, review of laws/mandates, NASW Code of Ethics standards, and ethical principles. Information that supports both sides of the dilemma should be included; thinking should demonstrate the ability to not be bias in your deliberations. This section of the paper should be a minimum of 6 to 8 pages. It should include 10 to 12 references.

In addition, students are asked to include the edited version of their Paper Part 1. This is not for a grade, but will help the reader by supplying a context and the ethical frame from which this next resection section flows.
