Because minorities tend to engage in mass protests and complaints about overt and covert white racism and discrimination in the U.S., most frequently we tend to think the burden is all on the shoulders of minorities.  In fact there are white anti-racist organizations that see it as their civic duty and mandate to ensure that “all men [citizens] who are “created equal” enjoy “inalienable Rights” in this country.

The purpose of this discussion is to raise our consciousness and to learn more about these whites who are combating racism and discrimination.
