I’m studying and need help with a Physics question to help me learn.

Derive the formulas for both the Acceleration and the Tension for the flat track situation. Start with the FBDs for both masses (cart mass and hanging mass) and work through the derivation until you get to formulas for “a” and “T” that include ONLY the two masses (m_cart and m_hang) and perhaps some known parameters (like”g”).
