I’m stuck on a Health & Medical question and need an explanation.

Data collection from a medical platform into an excel sheet

so it is basically just copying and pasting the info in the correct column, please copy the categories row into a new excel sheet and please note the following:

1) for every (blank category/? days/ see attached) place “NA”

2) for every (yes), place “1”

3) for every (no/none/nkda) place “0”

The cases in the link are for year 2017, they include 125 cases
