Identify your job title and a description of the job duties in bullet format. Then, you identify at least three KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics) related to the job.

Step 3) complete the chart called W2- Job Duties and Characteristics Chart & Grading Rubric. In it you will answer the following 3 questions for each KSAO provided:

• Is the KSAO necessary prior to hiring, or can it be trained? Rationale with examples and research is required.
• What is the importance of each characteristic relative to the others? Rationale with examples and research is required.
• How will the employee exhibit this KSAO in the job duties defined above? Rationale with examples and research is required.
