Dr. Hughes, who will be starting an Open MRI Unit at Oakville Hospital, does not think business planning is needed. You, as the director of finance of the hospital, must convince him otherwise. Draft a memo to Dr. Hughes, giving eight (8) ways that a business plan can assist him. Be sure that your answer describes how each reason pertains to an Open MRI Unit; do not merely recite the reasons given in the Lecture and Research Update and Required Readings.
