You don’t want the “same old thing,” so you have already decided NOT to let customers accumulate points based on dollars spent or number of visits, to not offer a discount based on some “12 visit” idea; or a free meal on a birthday. Those ideas are overused and your restaurant is unique!
Write a memo to me that contains at least 3 unique ideas for a loyalty program. Write a short introductory paragraph that introduces what a loyalty program is and what you hope to accomplish with your loyalty program – what you want to accomplish should be tied to a measurable goal!
Next, use the following headings in your memo: Loyalty Program Idea 1, Loyalty Program Idea 2, Loyalty Program Idea 3, and Final Recommendation. Obviously your last heading should contain your recommendation on which Loyalty Program should be used.
