- Who are companies involved in the M&A?
- Who are the main management participants in each firm? (CEO, etc)
- Provide some industry/environment assessment. Does not have to be a full PESTEL analysis but provide details about the competitive landscape for the companies involved.
- Provide your assessment of the key resources/capabilities of each firm including the VRIO framework
- Provide your estimation of what the goals of each firm were for the M&A.
- Provide your analysis of the M&A – Did it work or not? Why or why not? Use frameworks and materials from the course to support your position.
