Along with the development of social media, conducting professional communication on social media platforms is becoming an effective and efficient way to engaging not only current stakeholders but also professional peers, team members, customers, and future stakeholders (Alshawi & Ingirige, 2003). I believe social media tools are more likely to help projects on the condition of making sure the software and posted information are professional work-related.
