What leadership and personality traits do Bill Gates possess? When studying Bill Gates leadership and personality traits one may conclude that he possesses all that one can imagine because he thinks, and work based off personal knowledge and a creative mind. One would also say that he was not the type of person that wants to be taught seeing that he dropped out of school because he had dreams of success. Because he loves to read, he has developed his own education process in which described is leadership styles to be self-taught and transfer knowledge as tangible facts. His knowledge and accomplishments have encouraged others to be faithful followers.

How have they enabled him to be successful? It is because he is a transformational leader and strived to make Microsoft the number one company in world. With his dedication, vision and encouraging employees of his company, he teaches them how to think and be the same. He focused on future vision of Microsoft and dedicated his smart work to reach his goals and fulfill his ambitions.

How would you describe his leadership style? His leadership styles are based on some traits that he uses which are focusing on the things he knows that he can do best which is software and continue to improve as time goes along. Looking at the big picture gave him the ability to take things step-by-step until he reaches his goals. He was also a creative person that gives opportunities to explore new ideas.

What role does charisma play? Charisma will help to communicate with others easily, this skill does not just allow him to be successful, but it also help other to grow further in life.

What leadership and personality traits does Bill Gates possess? How have they enabled him to be successful? How would you describe his leadership style? What role does charisma play? Bill Gates has passion about what he was doing. Bill Gates did not stop with just one product Bill Gates knew he wanted more. Bill Gates knew that he needed to hire more people to make that happen. Bill Gates speaks with confidence, and he did not stop when he knew he was big, he knew there was more that could be done that is what made him successful. His leadership style he never gave up, he always wanted more. Charisma has a big role Bill Gates dedicated time and was always positive that he could do what ever he put his mind to, he makes sure that every answer was answer clearly.
