I’m working on a management project and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

For this first assignment you are to create a 7-12 slide PowerPoint   presentation where you will explain the U.S. court and legal system and the how it impacts corporations today.  The following must be included in the presentation:

The federal and state systems must be explained in the presentation.

The civil and criminal systems should also be included.

Include a brief example of a case involving a corporation or executives of a corporation who have been involved in the criminal or civil court system.  

The goal of the presentation is to educate the viewer on the basics of the legal system of the United States.
