Choose at least two (2) of the legal issues (liabilities) from your Research Paper Outline. Make sure these issues, and the cases you chose to represent each, are relevant to the industry in which your business will operate.

Discuss each of these legal issues (liability) in detail within your paper. Make sure to include a detailed definition of the liability, including any standard used by the court to analyze the law. Then fully explain the liability by evaluating a case that deals with that particular issues.
