I’m working on a accounting multi-part question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

I’d appreciate some help on this as ive been stuck with the correct NPV formula which i understand but I do not know how to account for the rights issue cost and the debts issue cost in my free cash flows or my NPV formula.

I already calculated my free cash flows, my NPV with discount factor, my IRR, my APV and the WACC on Excel. i simply need to add the right issue and debt issue costs to the whole.
