Each key concept summary should include the following:

1. Three Key Concepts:

a. Review the key concepts from the chapter. A key concept is broader than a key term. A concept is normally related to the learning outcomes from the chapter and will normally include several key terms. You should find an external resource to add to your understanding of the key term. Summarize the concept using the text and your secondary source in your own words. Cite and reference your sources in APA format.

b. Choose your favourite three concepts from the chapter to summarize.

c. Use a heading to identify the key concept. Write a three to four sentence summary of what the key concept is. Include a diagram if applicable. Then, write a three to four sentence description of how the concept can be used in tourism. You should find an external resource to add to your understanding of the key concept. Summarize the concept using the text and your secondary source in your own words. Cite and reference your sources in APA format.
