Review the Case, Accessing the Law to Enforce Employment Rights: A Case Study of Worker Activism in a Non-Union Workplace (Links to an external site.) from the perspective of a union activist. Was the case handled with your best interest in mind? Can you think of other approaches where the needs of workers could have been handled differently?

Review the case in its entirety and answer the discussion questions at the end; for Option 1, however, keep in mind that you are responding as you would if you were on the side of the union activists.
