This discussion will serve as an opportunity to reflect upon the course content to date and critically assess the primary practice implications for your leadership and career development goals. It’s intended to directly apply the course principles, frameworks, and best practices for your developmental goals and your organization.

Part One: INDIVIDUAL Post: minimum 350 words
