Read the Dobni (2008) and the Gudmundson, et al (2003) articles. Building on Discussion #1 from last week, develop a plan to measure innovation in the business venture that you will be proposing in your final paper. It will be important to clearly define what innovation will mean in your business. Consider also at what level you will measure innovation (e.g., individual, team, organization, etc.). Be specific on when you will measure, how you will measure, and who or what you will measure. Finally, include specific items from measures used in the assigned readings as well as potential scales or surveys you find while doing your own research. (Hint: Check out the Library’s databases for possible assessments. The Librarians can help you find the right database to access assessments).
