Please create a short presentation about your Organizational Assessment project and reflect on your learning as a result of this course. The presentation should be no more than six slides and take no longer than ten minutes to present. The presentation should be built as a voiceover PowerPoint (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.) OR presented using another voiceover presentation software. The six topics to be covered (one per slide) are:

  1. Generic Strategy – What is the Why-How-What of your organization (Simon Sinek) and primary type of strategy based on the Strategy Palette (Your Strategy Needs a Strategy) model (initial assessment you completed from Your Strategy Needs a Strategy and revisiting the results of your week one assessment)?
  2. External and Competitive Situation – Based on your External Analysis (Pestle) and Industry/Product Competitive Situation (Porter’s Five Forces) what are your organization’s competitive situation as well as external strengths, challenges and opportunities (from SWOT, TOWS and SOAR)?
  3. Current Business Model – How would you characterize your organization’s current Business Model based on the Business Model Canvas and Ten Types of Innovation?
  4. Opportunities for Innovation – Based on questions two and three above (External Analysis and Current Business Model) what opportunities do you see for innovation in your Business Model. This should include any opportunities for digital transformation. Do you see any Blue Ocean opportunities?
  5. Organizational Process for Innovation – Based on recent models of organizational innovation (Exponential Organizations, Blitzscaling, Lean Start-Up (Be selective and draw from multiple models)
  6. Leadership and Cultural Capacity for Innovation – Based on your Reflection #3 along with such models as Innovation to the Core, Four Lenses of Innovation and Firms of Endearment, how would you assess your personal growth in leading innovation? How would you assess your organization’s culture for its strength in leadership of innovation that is distributed and inclusive? How would you characterize strategic leadership using the Animator and Ambidextrous frameworks from Your Strategy needs a Strategy? Any additional insights
