Use the format at your choice to create a visual or graphic layout for your Assignment 11 that you are working on (4 pages graphic layout only, not a real Web site). Note: as research for this piece of the project, look at local PBS stations. PBS follows a similar business model to QQTV. A website is NOT necessary, just the layout or frame.
