In an effort to recruit the best talent, many employers offer an array of employee perks (e.g. food, haircuts, etc.) and benefits (e.g. unlimited vacation). What perks and benefits do you think would be the most appealing to new college graduates, ages 22-25? Why? What perks and benefits do you think would be the most appealing to older, more experienced employees, ages 55-65? Why? How might an employer structure its perks and benefits so these two groups of employees can take advantage of the perks and benefits they care about most?
