Summarize the disruption, it’s cause(s), it’s impacts (human, financial, etc.) and anything else interesting or relevant to the course. Explain how how the disruption was dealt with (or in being dealt with). Feel free to bring in capacity concepts/metrics, and to provide specific before/after data.
