Your semester project will consist of eight parts, each of which is completed weekly. In this project you are asked to apply the contents of this course to an organization of your own choosing. Each week’s project part will directly reflect the course content and your learning in the weekly discussion. While the weekly discussion will use a case study for application, the weekly project will focus on your own organization, or one that you have known well.

For this part of your organizational assessment you are asked to:

1. Assess the degree to which your organization and industry (direct competitors) have adopted digital technologies either internally or externally through partners, supply chain etc.
2. Based on your answer to the question above and your previous work on innovation at your organization, what opportunities do you see for continued digital transformation?
3. To what extent does you organization demonstrate any characteristics of the Exponential Organizations model that would make it more capable of responding to external threats by quickly innovating and growing to scale?
