Providing a “freestyle concept” for its patrons. Norwegian is in the maturity stage of the product development life cycle. The level of quality and consistency is offering traveling to luxurious ports of calls in the countries, that Norwegian sails to. Norwegian offers enticing deals such as, free air fare, specialty dining,  wi-fi, excursions, and open-bar. Norwegian has a couple notable features, such as, reduced pricing for returning guests, the more they travel with the cruise line. Low or no deposit fees for returning guests. These features and offerings can be added or removed at any time depending on Norwegian’s marketing mix. The design does offer what the customer values, which is a superior cruising experience to great destinations at a comparable price. To compete more effectively, I think Norwegian could improve its offerings by offering new cruisers a low deposit on certain destinations if they book 9-12 months in advance. I think that would be an increasing incentive to entice new customers to use Norwegian.

  • Hello!  Product Strategy      Kohl’s marketing plan will be focus on family, value-oriented, millennials between the ages of 24-46, specialty department store offering quality exclusive and national brand merchandise/products to the customer in a location and all different areas that is appropriate, welcoming and exciting.  Increasing online sales is the primary goal for our Kohl’s stores.  The online option has many other products that are not available in stores.  This helps promote certain products in demand and on your existing platforms. There is no doubt that in the last two years times have changed markedly for business, the field of health especially with the recent pandemic and has obviously affected the growth of business.  What level of quality and consistency does the offering have?     We understand that the image of a business is very important, that is why Kohl’s stores have created a high level of trust based on the quality of the products and services it offers to customers.  We have developed a strategic consistency plan where we work every day of the year to make sure it does not fail.  Such as keeping prices, low and promoting the Kohl’s card by using discount coupons all year round.How many features does it have and can they be removed or added?     Definitely, these features will give a major promotion and help the success of our Kohl’s stores: Brand image, expand the variety of products and without a doubt offer the best customer service.  What we have always tried to minimize is the bad impression and a bad experience of our customers, and by offering high customer service, we can achieve it.Does the design and/or service deliver what the customer values? If not, how can it improve?      Considering the growth of e-commerce in general, Kohl’s stores need to incorporate new designs and more intense and eye-catching customer service promotions.  Making security alerts for online shopping could improve online sales.  Kohl’s seeks customer privacy in their purchases so that this experience is unique and individual.  The customer must understand and trust that online purchases from our stores are safe and efficient.What improvements would help your offering compete more effectively?     Kohl’s will implement improvements in the recruitment, selection and hiring process.  The right personnel must be hired for the correct performance of the business.  Strengthen the proximity to consumers by promoting the opening of online markets.  I promote the new models and more youthful clothes to attract the attention of millennials.  The improvement of customer service is vital; the strategy is to position properly trained personnel to receive and to serve our customers.
