Report guideline
(Due Sunday, May 3, 2020)
 
In this report assignment, you will have to choose between one of the four topic options, you need to write a report and the report should include introduction, main body, and conclusion the conclusion should include a summary, also you should also link your results of your conclusion with the main body. The end of your report should have a reference list for your sources and references. The report no more than 4 – 5 pages or between (2500 – 3000 words limit). Must be typed font 12, times roman.
 
 
Objectives:
 

  1. Understanding the principle of investment and how it used in practical rather than theory and combine the theory part with the practical one.
  2. How investor think and manage the nature of the agency relationships within the corporate structure.
  3. What is the function of trading and investment on financial statements were used to calculate and analyze the firm’s financial performance using the suggested financial ratios.

  • Trading rules in odd lot market
  • How to trade a stock everyday
  • How transparency is enforced (rules of submitting financial statements)
  • New developments (i.e. trading new instruments)
  • Women trading room (why? Is it justified in light of number of investors)

  • Briefly, the three crises and their causes
  • Penalties on brokers (examples if possible)
  • Conflict in KSE supervision by different parties (i.e. why there is no such thing as SEC, a system all over the world)

  • Why there is no another clearing agency other than the current one?
  • A new location for KSE, Why?
  • How investors’ rights are protected in case of online trading provided now by some investment firms?
