Imagine that you are the revenue manager for the Cosmopolitan and that the hotels on the Las Vegas Strip are about to start using the STR report. For this assignment, write a 3–5-page research paper discussing which 4 hotel-casinos you would use as your competitive set. This paper should include the following:

A brief introduction to the property, including a history of the property and an examination of its current pricing and amenities. This section should be researched and include in-text citations to support the history and pricing.

An in-depth discussion of each of the 4 properties. Each property should have its own section with a header. This section should include a description of the property including the number of rooms, the amenities offered, and a brief history of the hotel. Explain why you have chosen it as a member of the competitive set. Use pricing information and information from online reviews to support your decision. Address the location of each property and how the amenities offered could impact its ability to be a competitor.
