For this paper, I’ve teamed up with two other students to compare and contrast the talent management and recruiting strategies for each company where they are working or have worked in the past. This paper (minimum 1,500 words) should describing what I’ve learned from the other student’s skills and experiences and which ones in particular they were able to incorporate into their current workplace regarding how they recruit talent.

I’ve attached three files, which is my experience, student A’s experience and student B’s experience. The paper should use first person statement and paper is 1500 words minimum.
