• What are your two strongest Creative Competencies?  Describe how you use them, provide a specific example for each. How have these competencies served as “multipliers” — advancing your ability to lead?
• Which Reactive Tendencies may be limiting for you? Describe an example of how you may have engaged in one or two Reactive Tendencies. How did this behavior detract or become a “liability” in your ability to lead?
• Ask a trusted colleague to share perceptions on your Creative Competency example and your Reactive Tendency example.  What did you learn from their perception?
