After watching the documentary, please answer the two following questions:

1. What is the difference between “give a person a fish” vs. “teach a person how to fish?” Based on the documentary, cite one specific example related to “give a person a fish” and cite one specific example related to “teach a person how to fish.” Then, tell me briefly how you understand the difference between the two notions. 2. What do you think are the constraints to the growth of a local small business in the documentary?
