1. Analyse the organisation’s current generic strategy and discuss how well this is aligned to the forces operating in the external environment and whether or not the organisation has appropriate resources and capabilities to support its current strategy. 2. Develop a proposal for the case study organisation to ensure they are able to compete successfully in the Australian market over the next 3 years.
