In the project, you are expected to analyze and evaluate one strategy of a firm in Hong Kong, Asia, or across the globe. After this analysis, you need to provide at least one strategic recommendation. Most importantly, the solution should improve the strategic competitiveness and lead to sustainable competitive advantage of the firm in your analysis. My target company is Haidilao Hot pot, a company in China. 

Below is the outline. 

1.     Introduce the key strategy of the focal firm. It should be related to a strategic topic or issues discussed in this course. 

2.     Apply what we have discussed in the course to comprehensively and critically analyze the strategy.

3.     Evaluate the current strategic choice and preference, and recommend better solutions. The strategic solutions should be based on strategic analysis and thorough logical reasoning. And most importantly, the solution should add value to the company and lead to sustainable competitive position of the firm in the industry.
