To provide the feedback, watch the person’s interview practice video and then write up a short set of bullet points for the person, mentioning two areas in which that person can improve, as well as two things the person did well. For each person you evaluate, you’ll list the person’s first and last name and then the four bullet points (two positive and two improvements). Make each bullet point a complete sentence. (NOTE: using words like “it would be good if you would…” or “you would sound better if you…” or “I would suggest not doing…” or similar phrases may come across much better than “don’t do this” or “that’s not the right way,” etc.)
Finally, write down three things that you learned from providing feedback to someone else (not what you learned from their feedback to you). Use a complete sentence for each learned item and present them in bullet point form (numbered bullet points would be best).
