Ok, for this second stage, you need to clearly identify the problem the company is having, and then elaborate what is causing the problem.

You also need to include the background of the company. Things like their history, culture, the industry they are involved in, who their market is, number of employees etc.

You should also state; if they are a listed company, their share prices; prices at start of trade, and most recent. You can also state the number of employees, structure of thee company…and provide a transition for the third stage(which is a financial anlysis this is only the second stage).You should also consider the values, and the mission of the company. And if you want to touch upon the current strategy of the company you may, but save the elaboration of this for your final stage.
