Indeed, the consultancy has been his leading role, guiding companies to make wise decisions despite market and organizational challenges. Besides, his experience has undoubtedly helped make organizations avoid a crisis. Like Michael Devers, I also believe that many organizations and companies across the world rarely put adequate measures to prevent risks. Besides, many organizations do not heed these calls and rarely ensure that their chances are well protected.

The administration of organizational triage is indeed fundamental in ensuring companies survive in their markets. With communication being a very significant consideration to the success of a business, I also agree that Michael’s advice helps these institutions gauge the appropriate steps to ensure their survival despite being faced with the market and organizational risks. When consulting, organizations should communicate with their employees to address contentious issues that may affect their success and desires. For the success of organizations, different sectors, including the management and the employees, must work together to achieve common interests.
