Week 2 DQ: EEOC & the law

**It is expected that your answers to each question will be 1+ well-constructed and organized paragraphs. More than one paragraph may be necessary based on the nature of the question.

Select one of the Federal Laws from pp. 114-115 3 Highlight’s in HRM: EEOC is The Law figure (ch. 3).

1. Identify a violation of the law by a company. What happened and how was the law violated? What was the impact on the employee(s), the organization, and stakeholders?
2. Identify some of the positive changes that have occurred as a result of these laws.
3. Do you know of any laws that have been violated during this pandemic?
