I’m stuck on a Sports Management question and need an explanation.

Provide a discussion on how you perceive of the relationship between representation (in literature, on television, in the media, in everyday life, etc.), the political and economic environment, and the athletic body. More specifically, provide an original analysis of how one team or athlete can embody a particularly political ideology or system, economic structure, or social order from a given historical context (any time, and place). Which medium best helped create that representation to promote the interests of certain individuals or groups (business people, politicians, major cultural figures)? In other words, in your opinion, how did the medium help to make sport political or to produce certain political effects?
